DECTYR RX-5

Secure your airspace with Remote ID detection.

DECTYR RX-5 detects every drone compliant with regulations weighing more than 250 g (100 g from Q3 2026 onwards), via Remote ID broadcast protocols. Wi-Fi Beacon and NaN, Bluetooth Legacy and Long Range — everywhere, continuously. The RX-5 identifies drone brands and models thanks to a comprehensive, regularly updated database.

Highlights

Why DECTYR RX-5

What to remember: range, simplicity, reliability and scalability.

5 km detection range

Wide free-field coverage to anticipate overflights and protect your teams.

Drone and pilot detection

Simultaneous location of the aircraft and its remote pilot for immediate field response.

Intuitive interface

Clear, at-a-glance visualization of detections — fast onboarding for security, operations and management teams.

Easy to install and use

Quick deployment with no calibration or complex configuration — operational within minutes.

Zero false alerts

Cooperative Remote ID detection: only real drones trigger notifications.

Scalable solution

Can be paired with a jammer or other sensors to build a full counter-UAS stack at your own pace.

Passive system, no specific authorization

No radio emission: free to deploy anywhere in France, with no regulatory paperwork.

Operational capabilities

Everything you need to supervise your airspace

Detection, identification, integration and service continuity — built for demanding operators.

Multi-framework Remote ID detection

Detection of drones broadcasting Remote ID under European, US and French regulatory frameworks.

Identification and context

Information useful for supervision: aircraft identity and regulatory references, position and movement broadcast by the drone, and operational data.

Consolidated view

When the same drone is seen across multiple broadcast channels, information is merged to avoid duplicates and ease operational reading.

Aircraft type indication

When data allows, the drone's brand or family is shown to speed up situational awareness on the ground.

Integration with your stack

Real-time event delivery to your existing supervision tools — including widely used enterprise real-time messaging platforms.

Optional

SAPIENT C2 fusion interface

Optional connection to a SAPIENT-compliant fusion or command centre, in addition to delivery to your existing supervision tools.

Optional

Display in the DJI environment

Drones detected by the RX-5 can appear in the DJI environment you already operate, via a DJI O4 Ground Station — without replacing your Dock.

Link continuity

Built-in mechanisms re-emit information after a temporary connection loss, limiting data gaps.

Secure local interface

Browser-based access to monitor activity, review recent history and configure essential settings (network, connections, alerts).

Spatial representation

Visualizations to position detections relative to the site and, when needed, map views without mandatory dependency on external services.

Alerts

Configurable messaging notifications and local signaling, with the option to restrict alerts to a zone of interest.

Site location

When deployed as an option, geolocation of the supervision point and distance assessment to detected drones to prioritize events.

Network continuity

Automatic failover between primary wired link and mobile backup link to maintain transmission to your supervision centers.

Fleet operations

Procedures and tooling designed to deploy and maintain multiple devices, with remote updates and per-device license control as per your contract.

Health monitoring

System health indicators and visible status signaling of overall state to ease field interventions.

SAPIENT C2 fusion interface — optional

As an option, the DECTYR RX-5 can connect to a SAPIENT-compliant fusion or command centre. It acts as a listening sensor: Remote ID detections, equipment status and, if configured, an alert when a drone enters a defined zone can be forwarded to your existing command chain. Aircraft positions are self-reported by the drone in its Remote ID — the RX-5 is not a radar. This capability is a licensed add-on, enabled according to your contract from the scanner interface.

Visualization interface

Make sense of every detection

A clear dashboard: identified aircraft, operational context, and real-time activity around your site.

Mobile access

Full capability on tablet and smartphone

The RX-5 web interface is touch-friendly: monitor detections in the field from a tablet or phone, with no app to install — secure access through your browser.

VMS integration

Drone detection, built into your video surveillance

The DECTYR RX-5 plugs into your existing infrastructure like a standard network camera and streams its drone detections directly to your VMS. Your teams see the video feed and alerts inside the interface they already use — no extra training, no parallel tool.

When a drone enters the zone you defined, your system reacts instantly: recording, notification, alarm scenario — following the rules already in place. Supervision stays centralized and reaction times shrink.

Compliant with the international ONVIF standard, the RX-5 integrates with the vast majority of VMS on the market, with no vendor lock-in. You keep your software, your recorder, your workflows — and gain a dedicated drone detection capability, ready to use in minutes.

Evidence & reporting

Automatic PDF report generation

DECTYR RX-5 — automatic per-flight PDF report with trajectories and drone identity

From recorded detections, the system generates a structured per-flight PDF report in a few clicks: trajectory maps, drone and operator identity, distances and durations.

You define the time period and, if needed, a geographic zone to keep only relevant events.

Each document is signed and protected against modification, ensuring evidence integrity. Immediate download or email delivery, directly from the detector interface.

DJI O4 Ground StationOn-demand add-on

Your Remote ID detections in the DJI environment

The DECTYR RX-5 can display the drones it detects inside the DJI environment you already operate, via a DJI O4 Ground Station. Aircraft seen by the RX-5 appear in the same world as your DJI drones — O4 Ground Station and, where you use it, the DJI Enterprise / FlightHub ecosystem already running your inspections.

  • Ideal if you already run DJI

Built for sites that already have a DJI Dock or an O4 Ground Station — security, 24/7 inspections, local authorities or industrial sites.

  • Complements your DJI fleet

The RX-5 does not replace the Dock: it widens airspace awareness to third-party drones that broadcast Remote ID, not only your own DJI aircraft.

  • Simple to switch on

Same local network as the Ground Station, enabled from the RX-5 interface. No IT integration project required.

  • Data and security stay 100% sovereign

The RX-5 remains a DECTYR product, designed and made in France. System data and security stay fully sovereign.

DJI, DJI O4 Ground Station, DJI Dock and DJI FlightHub are DJI trademarks and products. DECTYR RX-5 is a DECTYR product: it is not a DJI product and does not control DJI drones.
